International Shipping Currency Rates
We process all orders in Store Currency and you will be checkout using the most current exchange rates.
Payment Processing
To authenticate all payments that are processed the billing street address and ZIP, or postal code must match the credit card registered address. Also, card verification value CVV must be verified, or the order will be canceled and any funds that were captured by the transaction will be refunded.

Email Alerts
Customers will receive items have been shipped email, when your order is shipped, with your customer order number. You will receive a separate email once your order has been shipped with your tracking number. You can hit your tracking number link at the bottom of the email to track your delivery.
Where To Track Your Order
You can track your order under Track My Order located under the bottom of the homepage.

You can track your order on the SHOP app. Please download the SHOP app to track your order.
Shop App:
Download the SHOP app to keep track of your shipping and delivery.
To track orders using the Shop app, you can do the following:
- Connect a Gmail or Outlook email to Shop, so that the Shop app can locate orders based on your emails. If you don’t use Gmail or Outlook, then you can still track orders using email forwarding, or by manually adding a tracking number.

Products Shipped Directly From Vendor
Some products that shipped directly from the vendor won’t show up in the shipping system until it enters the designated state shipping department. Please give it a few days to check tracking on these products.
Hit the Chat with us icon for questions on your order delivery updated details if tracking doesn’t show up right away and we will relay delivery updates.
Checking Out
When checking out make sure to give a valid phone number, address, and email to keep track of all orders. If address is invalid, we will contact you via phone or email for your valid address.
Canceled Items
For Refunded items you will receive a canceled order alert email.
P.O Boxes
We will ship to a P.O Box via carrier USPS. Please continue to track your order through the website or Shop App.
Customer Accounts
Create a customer account by hitting the person icon at the top of the page. You will be able to see all order history. Once signed in you can review earned points and rewards.
Reward Program:
Please sign up for our reward program where you can earn discounts and cash towards your purchases, plus more. To learn more hit the rewards link on the main menu on the homepage.
Wishlist
Save all your favorite items to our Wishlist. You'll be able to add them to the cart whenever you're ready to check them out. You won't miss a thing.
